I was watching a video on Youtube today and one video mentioned something called the Dawn Simulator. It is a method that is used to naturally help a person wake up by slowly increasing light and sound during a period of 30 minutes to 2 hours.
So basically look at it this way, if you need to wake up at 5am, but the sun is not up, the dawn simulator can help you wake up more naturally and without the laziness of not wanting to wake up so suddenly feeling.
The Dawn Simulator is something that I would love to try out because I like millions (maybe billions) of humans around the world, have a lot of difficulty waking up early. Do some research of your own, DAWN SIMULATOR!
